Shamanic Energy Healing

Shamans and their healing practices have been around in various cultures for millennia, thought to have originated from Siberia. The word shaman is a general term that encompasses many healers, medicine people and way-showers from indigenous cultures around the world, who would have been the original ‘go to’ person for any health problems, whether physical, mental, emotional or spiritual. A shaman is considered a ‘bridge between worlds’ calling on the four elements, masculine and feminine energy/principles and journeying into other levels of consciousness, for the sake of bringing balance to the person, group or space they work with. They consider the world to be made of varying levels of subtle energy that connect all beings, human, animal, plant and mineral and see us all as a rich tapestry of consciousness that makes up our world. By calling on allies within the spirit world, as well as interacting with nonphysical beings and archetypal energies, the shaman can bring about shifts, release unwanted energies, call back lost soul parts, bring into consciousness power animals and soul gifts; for the benefit of the collective, bringing healing, restoring balance and rebuilding connection to and for the highest good of all.

Natalie Gray

Natalie is a trained shamanic practitioner, connected to the South American Inca lineage from Peru which she found in 2012. She has travelled to Peru, Goa, Brazil, North America, Egypt, Europe and visited many sacred sites. She has received energetic initiation rites around sacred sites in Peru and also in Glastonbury/UK, worked with plant medicine and has also worked in sound healing circles in Glastonbury and Avebury in the UK. 

Natalie offers two types of shamanic work:

Full Energy Clearing Session 60-90 mins

In a full shamanic session, you can work on an issue that you feel has been holding you back, causing a problem or a repeating pattern that you would like to rid yourself of, in any area of your life – for example, difficult experience, work issue, relationship problem, recurring health issue, childhood memory/issue that still holds you back.  This can be on any level - physical, mental, emotional or spiritual/energetic. Your session will produce ‘homework’ that you take away with you to work with for 28 days, as a way to integrate the new energy that arises as an outcome of your session.

Clearing/Tune up with Oracle Guidance and Shamanic Journey - 60 mins

This session offers a shamanic energy clearing combined with using oracle card guidance and a shamanic journey.  This involves a half hour energy clearing to bring balance to yourself on all levels, that prepares the way for the use of Oracle Cards, that you choose for guidance to take on a shamanic journey that I will guide you through in the second half of the session. When journeying, we will call for a gift that you will bring back with you, again as above that you can take away and work with to integrate this new piece into your life.
